About the Dads Honor Ride

From June 8th to June 17th, 2017 a group of supporters will ride bicycles an estimated 1,000 miles around Lake Michigan in an effort to:
  1. Honor fathering successes by highlighting the importance of dads in their children’s lives.
  2. To create awareness of the father absence crisis; the #1 socio-economic issue our nation faces and how it adversely affects our communities,
    families and most importantly our children.
  3. Raise needed funds for fatherhood organizations to support the ongoing efforts to combat fatherlessness.
 

Rider Categories

There are three categories of riders: 
1) Individual riders, who will commit to ride for 1, 3 or 7 days, 
2) Relay teams, who will commit to ride for 7 days, 
3) Community groups of kids and dads.
 

Honor Ride Jerseey

All registered individual and relay teams
riders will receive a swag bag with logoed
merchandise including a commemorative
rider jersey and a host of cool items.
